Pink for Monique!

Happy Thursday everyone!! Robyn over at My Pink Stamper has asked that everyone make a card for Monique who was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Robyn wants us to show Monique how much support she has from her friends on the Cricut message boards. I think its such a wonderful idea. This really means a lot to me because my mother-in-law lost her battle to breast cancer all most three years ago and my husband and I try to help those going through it know that there are wonderful people that want to help and support them! This is the card that i made for her i dont have any of the carts with the ribbons on them so i made my own using my Gypsy and Plantin SchoolBook i also used the Gypsy Font for the phrase on the inside of the card. I used the cuttlebug to emboss the ribbon with Birds and Swirls! I think that it turned out really nice and i hope she loves it!!

Mom's Birthday

Yesterday was my mom's birthday and we all went out to dinner to celebrate!! It was a lot of fun. After dinner we took my son to get Ice Cream and play on the play ground at the park he had a blast and didnt want to go home! Here is the card that i made. The paper is from DCWV and i used Sweet Treats for the flower. I also used my NEW Cuttlebug to emboss the paper with the Spots and Dots folder. I also used some pop dots to make the flower pop! I think it turned out super cute!!!

Wednesday!!!

Yesterday was such a wonderful day for me. I didn't have any kids in the morning so i got to go shopping all by my self!!!!! So i decided to splurge and get myself the Cuttlebug...I of course used a 50% of coupon at Jo-Ann's and then had to buy some folders to go with it! I bought three new border punches and some more paper ( I dont think i will ever have enough paper:-)). I couldn't pass up the clearance at Wal-Mart I found $3 dollar paper stacks and a $7 dollar border punch. As soon as i got the kids in bed for a nap i pretty much ran downstairs to use all my new toys!!!! I will post two cards that i made in a little bit! Have a great day!!!

Fathers Day for my Hubby!!

This card i made for my husband from my son i was so proud of this card because my Hubby loves to golf and my son always wants to go with him! I used EDPD and Wild card for this and the paper i from DCWV. Thanks for looking!!

The Hubbys Birthday

Here are the two cards that i made for my husband for his birthday. The first card is from me he was turning 30 so i wanted to make it a little fun!! For this card i used Create A Critter (another favorite), EDPD and Just Because Cards the paper is also from DCWV. The second card i made from my son i used Just Because Cards, Plantin Schoolbook and Sweet Treats for this card. The paper is From DCWV.

Been a while

I didnt realize how much time has gone by between my posts. My life has been a little crazy lately. My husband is on strike right now and my son is scheduled to have surgery in August so i really have not had too much time to post. I did find some pictures of cards that i didnt post so i will get them up really soon!!

A Bridal shower

I made this card using Paper Doll Dress Up and Wild card. I would have to say that they are definately two of my favorites, but its so hard to choose! The paper is from DCWV. It was a pretty simple card I didnt want to get to flashy. Hope you enjoy
